The sauce: 1 cup chicken broth, Lemon juice (as desired), two minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon cumin, salt, and pepper (as desired) let it boil in a separate pot Place the sliced cabbage at the bottom of the saucepan, followed by ribs (optional).
Add stuffed cabbage to the pan, followed by peeled garlic in between (optional).
Add the Sauce over the saucepan, and let cook on low heat for 2 hours and then serve.
