Instructions
- In a Pot, add the onion cut into rings, followed by tomatoes cut into rings, then the stuffed zucchini, and finally add in the vine leaves (optional you can add butter and slices of tomatoes on top).
- In a separate saucepan, add 1/2 cup Lemon juice, 1 cup chicken or meat stock, 1/4 cup oil or butter, salt & black pepper (optional: you can add pomegranate molasses).
- Let to boil, then add to the vine leaves.
- Cover and leave on low Reviews heat for 2-3 hours then serve.
