Frying:
- Preheat oil to 180°C/ 350°F
- Take out the Meat Sambusak from freezer and place it gently into the frying pan, not more than
4-5 pieces together. - Deep fry for 5 minutes or until it’s golden.
- Overheating the oil will cause the Meat Sambusak to burn from the outside and remain uncooked from the
inside.
Baking:
- Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F.
- Take out the Meat Sambusak from freezer and brush it with vegetable oil.
- Place the Meat Sambusak in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until it’s golden.
- Remove from oven and serve.
