Frying:


  1. Preheat oil to 180°C/ 350°F
  2. Take out the Vegetable Sambusak from freezer and place it gently into the frying pan, not more than
    4-5 pieces together.
  3. Deep fry for 5 minutes or until it’s golden.
  4. Overheating the oil will cause the Vegetable Sambusak to burn from the outside and remain uncooked from the
    inside.



Baking:


  1. ​Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F.
  2. Take out the Vegetable  Sambusak from freezer and brush it with vegetable oil.
  3. Place the Vegetable Sambusak in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until it’s golden.
  4. Remove from oven and serve.
