  1. Preheat oil to 180C/350F
  2. Take out the Spring Rolls from freezer and place it gently into the frying pan, not more than 4-5 pieces together.
  3. Deep fry for 5 minutes or until it's cooked.
  4. Overheating the oil will cause the Spring Rolls to burn from the outside and remain uncooked from the inside.
