In a Pot, add the onion cut into rings, followed by tomatoes cut into rings, then add in the vine leaves (optional you can add butter and slices of tomatoes on top).
In a seperate saucepan, add 1/2 cup Lemon juice, 1 cup chicken or meat stock, 1/4 cup oil or butter, salt & black pepper (optional: you can add pomegranate molasses).
Let to boil, then add to the vine leaves.
Cover and leave on low heat for 2-3 hours then serve.
